After getting arrested with girlfriend Paris Hilton, several sources are reporting that Cy Waits has been let go of his duties as managing partner of Tryst (at Wynn Las Vegas) and XS (at Encore). No word yet on the status of his twin brother Jesse, who co-manages.

A fume-filled Escalade near Wynn Las Vegas caused a motorcycle cop to pull it over, suspecting marijuana.
Hilton's boyfriend Cy Waits (who manages the Tryst nightclub at Wynn) was driving, with Hilton in the passenger seat.
Later, when Hilton pulled lip balm from her purse (possibly in preparation for the mugshot), a bag of cocaine allegedy fell out.
Both were booked and released from Clark County jail.

Just before midnight last night, Metro conducted a traffic stop on a car near Wynn Las Vegas.
When pulled over, officers detected the scent of marijuana coming from the car.
On further investigation, they found Paris Hilton in the passenger seat with a controlled substance that later turned out to be cocaine.
She was arrested on possession and put in the Clark County Detention Center.
The undisclosed male driver was also booked for possession and DUI.
